These Terms & Conditions govern the 2024 Promotional offer presented by Geowarmth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered address 3 Neptune Ct, North Shields NE29 7UW, United Kingdom, and company number 06071914 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “Geowarmth”).

The Geowarmth Referral Programme (“the Programme”) allows individuals to earn rewards by referring friends, family, or contacts to purchase renewable energy products and services from Geowarmth. By participating in the Programme, you will be deemed to accept these terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 Programme: The Geowarmth referral programme as detailed in these terms.
1.2 Referrer: A previous customer of Geowarmth who has purchased a product or service.
1.3 Recruit: The person being referred.
1.4 User: Individuals using the Programme either as a Referrer or Recruit.
1.5 Reward: The reward offered by Geowarmth under the Programme.

2. Duration of Offer

2.1 This promotion is valid from 1st April 2025 – 31st May 2025 inclusive, unless extended or terminated earlier at Geowarmth’s discretion.

3. Programme Eligibility and Delivery

3.1 A Referrer will receive a £100 reward and the Recruit will receive £500 off their installation, once the Recruit completes a qualifying purchase with Geowarmth.
3.2 To qualify, solar installations must include a minimum of 8 solar panels and a battery in a single order.
3.3 Battery-only installations or EV charger-only installations are not eligible for this referral offer.
3.4 The Programme is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
3.5 The Recruit agrees that their first name, last name, and postcode may be shared with the Referrer to confirm the referral.
3.6 Referrers must be existing Geowarmth customers. Only one referral account per household.
3.7 Retrospective referrals will not qualify for the Reward.
3.8 The Referrer will be notified by email when a referral has been successfully processed.
3.9 Rewards are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for other goods or services, and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
3.10 Referrals cannot be combined with other offers or promotions outside of this Programme. If the Recruit uses another promotional offer, the referral benefits will be voided.
3.11 Referrers may not refer themselves, and the Recruit must be a new customer to Geowarmth.
3.12 Geowarmth reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Programme or rewards at any time, with or without notice.

4. Geowarmth’s Discretion

4.1 Geowarmth reserves the right to verify Referrers and Recruits and may require proof of eligibility.
4.2 Geowarmth reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover rewards if it suspects abuse of the Programme or breach of these Terms.
4.3 Any decisions made by Geowarmth regarding the interpretation of these Terms and the distribution of rewards are final.

5. Suspension or Termination

5.1 Geowarmth may suspend or terminate the Programme at any time.
5.2 If your referral account is suspended for any reason, all pending rewards may be forfeited.
5.3 Geowarmth is not liable for any delay or failure to issue rewards caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Annex: Schedule of Rewards

  • Referrer Reward: £100 cash reward issued to the Referrer once the Recruit completes a qualifying installation.
  • Recruit Reward: £500 discount applied to the Recruit’s quote or invoice for a qualifying installation.
  • A qualifying installation is defined as:
    • A solar PV system with at least 8 panels, with a battery included in the same order.
    • A Heat Pump System
    • Purchased outright without Finance.
  • Battery-only and EV charger-only installations do not qualify for rewards under this Programme.
  • Third-party finance options are not eligible.
